Therefore, we must first understand what is the standard for the quality of an end cap. A good end cap mainly comes from its heart, the brush piece. Its function is to drive the rotor to rotate. This part is the most critical part. How can we measure its quality? It mainly has the following standards:1. Not high.2. Not low.3. Not short.4. No fork.5. Do not bend.6. No song.Because the quality of the motor will be affected if the brush piece travels on a business trip. If the brush is too high, it will touch the varistor. Too low will encounter white gasket; (see rotor) too short to touch rotor. This will prevent the rotor from running. Bifurcation of brush will make current unstable. Of course, it cannot bend, it will make the current abnormal. What needs to be added is that the brush piece of the end cover is very brittle and tender.
