Protection of the motor housing during operation

  To ensure the power consumption of the motor housing, it is necessary to install and use a leakage protection switch. Leakage protection switch should also be checked frequently, try to jump no less than once a month, and replace it if there is any malfunction. After the leakage protection switch is tripped or the fuse is blown, the cause must be found out, and the power can be restored only after the fault is eliminated.

  The motor shell uses the normal current of the motor as a reference value for protection. The temperature rise of the motor is used to protect the motor during operation. Measure the shaft diameter vibration of the motor for protection. When the motor is running, the three-phase current value needs to be balanced to detect whether the current is balanced, and use electrical appliances and electronic devices for protection. Protect the ground leakage current by measuring the motor. Use the transformer to measure the characteristic that the three-phase zero sequence current of the motor incoming line is zero for protection. In summary, in fact, the current size and change of the current when the motor is running are used for protection.
